How Does It Work?
The first vertical bucking system on the market, the Bucker L sets new standards in flower processing.
Designed to be as user friendly and simple to use as possible, to use the Bucker L, you simply insert each stem into the correct aperture, and the bucker does the rest.
In seconds, the plant drops from the Bucker L into the attached hopper, all flowers removed and ready to trim. Because our proprietary Automatic Trimmer XL systems does not need the leaves removed in order to trim, using both systems in concert saves hours of time that would otherwise spent pruning back branches and hand-trimming leaves.
Just switch it on, load the system with flowers, step back and let it do the rest.
BUCKER L® IN DETAIL
The Bucker L is designed for ease of use, simple maintenance and high levels of adaptability. Working alongside the Technical University in Brno, who provided specific knowledge on design, functionality and appearance, the result is a sleek and modern system that provides some of the best and most efficient performance on the market.
Each Bucker L is built around two polyurethane pressure cylinders that feed stems through the device. Individual cylinder feeding speeds can be adjusted until you find the optimum setting for your product.
At the end of processing, the flowers are collected into a hopper, or can be dropped directly onto a conveyor belt, allowing them to feed directly into one of our trimmer systems.
The Bucker L can be used on any flat surface, but can also be purchased with a specially designed movable stand, and comes with multiple inlets suitable for stems of every size and shape.
